About
I'm Trevor Lawrence — a licensed California REALTOR® with Rise Real Estate, working with buyers and sellers across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Santa Clarita.
Most people don't buy or sell a home very often. That's exactly why the process feels overwhelming — you're making one of the largest financial decisions of your life in a market you don't work in every day. I do work in it every day, and my job is to translate it for you.
I keep my client list small on purpose. You get me on the phone, not an assistant or a call center. When a listing hits that fits what you're after, you hear about it that morning. When an offer needs a decision in two hours, I'm reachable.
I'd rather tell you a house is overpriced and lose the commission than watch you overpay. The referral is worth more than the deal.
Santa Clarita Valley — Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch. The San Fernando Valley — Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Woodland Hills, Northridge, Porter Ranch. Plus Burbank, Glendale, and the greater Los Angeles area.
These are different markets with different rhythms. A pricing strategy that works in Valencia will not work in Studio City, and knowing the difference is most of the job.
I'm a licensed real estate agent in the State of California, DRE #02223435, affiliated with Rise Real Estate. I'm a REALTOR® — a member of the National Association of REALTORS® — which means I'm held to a code of ethics beyond what the license alone requires.
I live in the area I sell in. I know which stretch of the 5 to avoid at 4:45pm, which neighborhoods flood the school lottery, and which streets are quieter than they look on a Tuesday afternoon showing. That kind of thing doesn't show up in the listing remarks.

The short version
Including the ones that cost me money. If a property is wrong for you, I'll say so.
Call or text and you reach me. Same day, usually same hour, evenings and weekends included when it matters.
Some clients take two weeks. Some take two years. Both are fine — I'd rather you buy the right house late than the wrong house early.
