This Privacy Policy describes how Trevor William Lawrence ("we," "us," or "I"), a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR® in California (DRE #02223435) affiliated with Rise Real Estate, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us about real estate services.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, property address, search preferences, and any details you include in messages, valuation requests, or consultation requests.
• Property search activity: the searches you run, the listings you view, and the homes you save. Saved homes are stored in your own browser's local storage on the device you're using — not on our servers — until you send them to us.
• Automatic information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring sites.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request.
• To send calls, texts, and emails about properties, listing alerts, market updates, and consultations you've expressed interest in.
• To prepare home valuations and comparative market analyses you request.
• To improve the website and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations, including those under California real estate law, MLS rules, and applicable state and federal regulations.

SMS terms & conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messaging through this site, you consent to receive text messages from Trevor W Lawrence. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

1. Program purpose. We use SMS to respond to inquiries, share property information and listing alerts, confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important transaction changes.
2. How to cancel. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Trevorlawrence@therise.group.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates & frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Rise Real Estate and affiliated brokers when needed to provide services.
• Listing brokers and their agents when you inquire about a specific property, to the extent necessary to schedule showings or submit offers on your behalf.
• Service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — including our CRM, email platform, website host, and MLS data provider.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

MLS and IDX data

Property listing information displayed on this site is provided under an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) license from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). That listing data belongs to CRMLS and its participants, not to us. Searches you run may be logged for the purpose of operating and securing the search, and where MLS rules require it, may be shared with CRMLS or our data provider.

Your California rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact Trevorlawrence@therise.group or call (661) 690-2098. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data retention & security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations (California real estate law requires transaction records be kept for a period of years), and resolve disputes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember the homes you save, and may use cookies and analytics tools to understand usage. You can clear local storage and disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features — including saved homes — will stop working.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
